This Privacy Policy explains how SaudiSeerah (“SaudiSeerah,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, stores, shares, and protects information when you use our website and services.

SaudiSeerah provides online resume-building tools, resume templates, resume importing, AI-assisted resume analysis, ATS checking, resume tailoring, PDF export, and human resume review features.

What information do we collect?

We collect information you provide directly when using SaudiSeerah, including account details, resume content, uploaded files, job descriptions, human review requests, and support messages.

• Account email address and display name if provided through login.
• Resume content you enter into the editor, including any personal or career information you choose to include.
• Resume files you upload for importing or human review.
• Profile photo if you choose to add one to your resume.
• Job descriptions you submit for ATS checking or resume tailoring.
• Resume document titles, saved resume data, and account-related settings.
• Messages or information you send to support.

Resume content may include your name, job title, email, phone number, location, work experience, education, skills, projects, certifications, links, and other information you choose to include.

Information collected automatically

When you use our website, we or our service providers may automatically collect technical information needed to operate, secure, debug, and improve the Services.

• IP address, browser type, device type, and operating system.
• Pages visited, features used, date and time of access.
• Error, security, performance, and abuse-prevention logs.
• General location inferred from IP address.

Browser storage

We may use cookies, local storage, session storage, and similar technologies to keep users logged in, maintain session state, save temporary resume progress, remember preferences, support guest editing, improve performance, prevent abuse, and debug errors or security issues.

You can control cookies through your browser settings. Blocking cookies or browser storage may cause login, saved sessions, or resume editing features to stop working correctly.

How do we use your information?

We use your information to provide and improve SaudiSeerah, including to create accounts, authenticate users, save resumes, import files, run ATS checks, generate tailoring suggestions, process human review submissions, export PDFs, enforce feature limits, provide support, and protect against fraud, spam, misuse, and security risks.

We may also use aggregated or anonymized information to understand usage trends and improve the product.

AI processing

Some SaudiSeerah features use AI processing to parse resumes, analyze ATS compatibility, generate improvement suggestions, or tailor resume content to job descriptions.

When you use these features, relevant resume content and/or job description text may be sent to an AI service provider for processing. We try to limit AI processing to the information needed to provide the requested feature.

AI-generated suggestions may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable. You are responsible for reviewing and approving any content before using, downloading, or submitting your resume.

When and with whom do we share information?

We may share information with service providers that help us operate SaudiSeerah, such as hosting, authentication, cloud database, cloud functions, AI processing, PDF rendering, email or support, payment, security, logging, and infrastructure providers.

• Firebase Authentication for login and account authentication.
• Google Cloud, Firebase, Firestore, and Cloud Functions for backend services and saved resume data.
• Google Gemini AI processing for resume parsing, ATS analysis, and tailoring features.
• API2PDF for PDF rendering/export.
• Vercel or similar hosting infrastructure for website deployment.
• Google Fonts for website and resume template typography.
• A third-party payment provider if paid plans or subscriptions are enabled.

We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights or users, investigate abuse or fraud, enforce our terms, respond to legal requests, or complete a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of business assets.

We do not sell your resume content.

Login providers

SaudiSeerah may allow login through Google or other supported authentication methods. If you log in using Google, we may receive basic account information such as your name, email address, profile image if provided, and authentication identifier.

Payments

SaudiSeerah does not currently store full credit card numbers or card security codes directly. If paid services, subscriptions, or one-time purchases are enabled, payment details will be handled by the selected third-party payment provider.

The payment provider's own privacy policy will apply to its processing of payment information.

International transfers

SaudiSeerah and its service providers may process or store information in countries other than your country of residence. By using SaudiSeerah, you understand that your information may be transferred, stored, or processed outside your country, subject to applicable safeguards and laws.

How long do we keep information?

We keep information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer period is required or allowed by law.

• Account information is kept while your account exists.
• Saved resumes are kept while stored in your account.
• Guest session data may remain temporarily in your browser.
• Human review submissions may be kept as needed to complete and support the review service.
• Logs and security records may be kept for debugging, abuse prevention, and security.
• Payment records, if payments are enabled, may be kept as required for accounting, tax, dispute, and legal purposes.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards designed to protect your information, including authentication, cloud security controls, access controls, Firestore security rules, server-side validation, usage limits, abuse-prevention checks, secure transport where applicable, and backend processing for sensitive operations.

No website, cloud service, or internet transmission is completely secure. We cannot guarantee that unauthorized third parties will never access, steal, or modify information.

Minors

SaudiSeerah is not intended for children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us at support@saudiseerah.com.

Your privacy rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, export, restrict, or object to certain processing of your personal information. You may also have the right to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.

Do-Not-Track signals

Some browsers provide “Do Not Track” signals. Because there is no consistent legal or technical standard for responding to these signals, SaudiSeerah does not currently respond to Do-Not-Track browser signals.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we update it, we will change the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. If changes are material, we may notify users by posting a notice, sending an email if available, or using another reasonable method.
