Thanks for using SaudiSeerah and trusting us with your career documents. These Terms of Use (“Terms”) apply when you access or use our website, resume builder, AI-assisted resume tools, ATS checks, PDF exports, human resume review services, and any paid services we may offer.

By using SaudiSeerah or accessing any of our Services, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully and contact us if you have any questions.

Accounts

Some features require an account. When you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining its security and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Please use a secure login method and protect your email account, device, and third-party login access. We cannot be liable for loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account.

SaudiSeerah is primarily designed for individual job seekers. You may not resell access, mass-generate resumes for others, scrape templates, copy our designs, or operate a competing resume service without written permission from us.

Content

You are solely responsible for the resume content, files, job descriptions, profile photos, review submissions, and other information you upload, enter, edit, approve, download, or submit through SaudiSeerah.

You represent that you have the right to use any content you provide and that your content does not violate the rights of others, applicable law, or these Terms.

We may remove, restrict, or refuse to process content if we believe it violates these Terms, creates security risk, causes abuse, infringes rights, or may expose SaudiSeerah or users to harm.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse SaudiSeerah. Prohibited activity includes:

• Uploading malicious files, scripts, malware, or harmful content.
• Attempting to bypass login, usage limits, security controls, or payment controls.
• Flooding, scraping, reverse engineering, or overloading our systems or APIs.
• Using the Services to create fraudulent, misleading, impersonating, or unlawful content.
• Copying, reselling, sublicensing, or redistributing SaudiSeerah templates, code, designs, or generated platform assets as a competing service.
• Accessing another user's account, resumes, files, or data without permission.
• Using automated tools to abuse AI features, PDF exports, uploads, or review requests.

We may suspend, limit, or terminate access if we believe your activity violates this section.

Responsible AI

SaudiSeerah may use AI to assist with resume parsing, ATS analysis, resume improvement suggestions, and tailoring resume content to job descriptions.

AI features are designed to help you save time, structure resume information, identify possible improvements, and generate suggestions. Final decisions always remain with you.

Our commitments

• Transparency: AI-assisted features are presented as suggestions or automated assistance, not guaranteed truth.
• Privacy and security: Resume data is handled according to our Privacy Policy.
• Human control: You are responsible for reviewing, editing, accepting, rejecting, and approving final resume content.
• Practical limits: AI may misunderstand context, invent phrasing, miss details, or produce unsuitable suggestions.

AI outputs are not professional, legal, immigration, recruitment, or employment advice. They are not guarantees of accuracy, ATS success, interviews, hiring, or salary outcomes.

Resume Tools and Human Review

SaudiSeerah may provide resume templates, editing tools, resume import, ATS checking, tailoring, PDF export, and human resume review services.

Human review services, if available, are based on the file and information you submit. Review feedback is subjective professional guidance and does not guarantee employment outcomes.

You are responsible for reviewing final resume files before downloading, sending, submitting to employers, or using them in job applications.

Subscription Fees and Paid Services

SaudiSeerah may offer paid subscriptions, one-time purchases, premium tools, PDF exports, AI limits, human review services, or other paid features.

If you purchase a paid service, you agree to pay the listed price and any applicable taxes, fees, or charges shown at checkout. If subscriptions are enabled, your subscription may renew automatically according to the billing terms shown at checkout.

Prices, plan features, limits, and availability may change. Downgrading, canceling, or failing to renew a plan may cause loss of access to paid features, higher limits, or premium services.

Cancellation

If subscriptions are enabled, you are responsible for canceling your subscription before the next billing date if you do not want to be charged again.

Cancellation stops future renewal charges but does not automatically refund previous charges. Email or support requests may not be processed before the next billing date, so you should use the official cancellation method provided in your account or by the payment provider whenever available.

Refunds

All payments to SaudiSeerah are non-refundable unless required by applicable law or expressly stated otherwise by SaudiSeerah in writing.

This includes subscription fees, one-time purchases, AI feature access, PDF exports, human review requests, discounted purchases, promotional purchases, and other paid services.

Because many SaudiSeerah services involve immediate digital access, AI processing, file generation, or manual review work, refunds are not provided after a purchase has been completed or the service has started.

We may, at our sole discretion, review exceptional cases such as duplicate charges, billing errors, or a verified technical failure on our side that prevented access to the purchased service. Any exception does not create a general right to a refund.

Trials & Discounts

If SaudiSeerah offers trials, discounts, promo codes, free credits, or promotional pricing, they may be limited by time, account, region, plan, or feature.

Promotional offers cannot be exchanged for cash and may not be combined unless we expressly allow it. Discounted or promotional fees are non-refundable unless required by law.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account or access to SaudiSeerah if we believe you violated these Terms, created risk, abused the platform, failed to pay applicable fees, infringed rights, or used the Services unlawfully.

Termination may result in loss of access to your account, saved resumes, files, paid features, and other content. In such cases, you are not eligible for a refund unless required by law.

You may stop using SaudiSeerah at any time. If account deletion is available, you may request deletion according to our Privacy Policy or account tools.

Privacy

Your personal information and resume content are handled according to our Privacy Policy. By using SaudiSeerah, you also agree to our Privacy Policy.

No Employment Guarantee

SaudiSeerah does not guarantee that a resume will pass every ATS system, result in interviews, secure job offers, increase salary, or satisfy every employer or recruiter.

Hiring decisions are made by employers, recruiters, platforms, and other third parties outside our control.

Limited Warranties and Liability

SaudiSeerah is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that the Services will always be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, accurate, or available.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SaudiSeerah will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, opportunities, employment outcomes, business, or goodwill arising from use of the Services.

You are responsible for backing up important resume content and reviewing final documents before use.

Governing Law

Unless mandatory consumer protection laws provide otherwise, these Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the operator of SaudiSeerah. If SaudiSeerah later operates through a registered legal entity or specific jurisdiction, this section may be updated to identify that governing law more specifically.

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision is not a waiver of that right or provision.

Changes

We may modify these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will try to provide reasonable notice by posting on the website, updating the date above, sending an email if available, or using another reasonable method.

By continuing to use SaudiSeerah after updated Terms take effect, you agree to the revised Terms. If you do not agree, you should stop using the Services.
